Anteater

Anteater is a common name for the four extant mammal species of the suborder Vermilinguacommonly known for eating ants and termites. The individual species have other names in English and other languages. Together with the sloths, they are within the order Pilosa. Baby animals are adorable. Especially when they can’t stop cuddling with a stuffed animal.

Beanie, a baby giant anteater, was born at the ZSL London Zoo this week, the zoo says. But her inexperienced, first-time mom rejected her, so zookeepers gave her a teddy bear to act as a surrogate mom until Beanie gets old enough to be with the rest of the zoo’s giant anteaters.
